Open PowerShell (or a PowerShell in Windows Terminal) with administrator privelleges and run the following command: wsl -update If you meet these requirements and have WSL2 installed, set-up is as follows: Step 1: Update WSL If you are using a different distribution than Ubuntu, you may need to use a different package manager than apt. I will assume that you are running Ubuntu. To get this working, you will need Windows Subsystem for Linux version 2 (WSL2) running on Windows 11 Build 22000 or higher.
